During our complimentary first session, we conduct a static postural assessment and functional movement screen as well as identify your specific fitness goals. In addition, we look at your current nutrition and lifestyle habits and go over your medical history. This information enables us to build a program that is unique to you and your needs.

  • The complimentary first session is an opportunity for us to understand where you are coming from and what you want to achieve. It’s a chance for you to tell us about your goals, your health, experiences with fitness, lifestyle and nutrition. The better we understand you, the more effective we can be. The consultation is also an opportunity for you to learn more about us and our personal training program.

  • Single-session personal training starts at $75 for 60 minutes. For optimal results, we generally recommend 2-3 sessions per week. Multi-session bookings (3 or more) are $60 for 60 minutes.

  • Personal training sessions take place at your preferred location. Whether it be at your home gym, local fitness studio, online or your office, your convenience is top of mind. We offer early mornings, evenings, during the day and on weekends.
