Misha first discovered yoga in 2006, while living in Whistler B.C, Canada. After a lifetime of involvement in the world of dance, turning her focus to yoga was a natural, easy progression in her journey of self-discovery. She has completed over 1000 hours of training (both on and off the mat), as well as countless additional hours with some of her most beloved instructors. She is ERYT-200 Certified with Yoga Alliance.
Since becoming a mom in 2020, Misha’s own practice has shifted greatly. Having two babies in two years has given her a deep understanding of what it means to truly need to rest and restore ones body. That said, Misha is passionate about delivering powerful, intelligent, well thought out classes and she is committed to supporting her students in their own growth. Her passion and commitment shine through in her teaching style. She believes that proper alignment and moving mindfully are the keys to finding that sense of freedom and joy, in your body and in your life.
